design scope

i restructured navigation and created a unified homepage to support multiple user groups and access packages. the main challenge was that each app had its own visuals and components - no consistency.

my role

  • Defining global information architecture and navigation logic.

  • Aligning ui components across all integrated apps.

  • Designing integration flows between products to support continuous learning across platforms.

  • Conducting two rounds of usability testing to validate structure and flow.

impact

  • unified ui components and patterns, creating a shared foundation for all current and future integrations.

  • reduced navigation complexity by 45%, measured through two usability testing rounds with students and instructors. improvements were confirmed by faster task completion and higher usability ratings after the second iteration.

  • launched a unified homepage across 10 products and 16+ packages.
